RWSM - CREATED TO HELP ATHLETES REACH THEIR POTENTIAL.

Established in 2023, RWSM was formed to help athletes have a voice and support them throughout their careers to take the additional stress away. Whilst there is a significant focus on their performances, there still can be stresses rising from off-the-field work; RWSM want to take that stress away.

RWSM are a sport management company, specialising in the representation and career management of key individuals across the globe. We thrive to ensure that female athletes get the right levels support and representation that they deserve.

Alongside 20+ years of sporting knowledge, RWSM are able to bring modernised representation to clients. With a client-led approach, we are also able to bring additional services from our affiliate partners, so our athletes will always be put first!
