In 2024, RWSM wanted to offer a platform so that players who perhaps struggle with their neurological conditions can explain their story of how it does not stop them from playing high levels of sport. In each episode, our guests delve deep into their experiences and how they not only came to understand their differences, but moulded them into a way to help keep focused in their sporting field.

In 2025, the Beyond Perception podcast was launched. With insight into the neurodiverse world, our guests talk about the barriers they have overcome, how sport has impacted on their lives and how the next generation can still become a star in their sport, regardless of the adversity.
